Who we're looking for

Backgrounds that tend to fit well

We don't keep a list of open positions, but people with the following backgrounds are always worth a conversation:

Mechanical & building services engineers

HVAC, energy modelling and building performance background — directly relevant to our assessment and modelling work.

Sustainability & ESD specialists

Experience or interest in NatHERS, BASIX, Section J, Green Star or NABERS-related work.

Architecture & design graduates

Understanding of design documentation and a strong interest in how compliance shapes design outcomes.

Business development & client liaison

Comfortable building relationships with architects, builders and developers, and managing client communication.
